The Power of Shared Vision

One consequence of our fast paced, multi-tasking environment is the lack of time to pause and reflect on the question "where are we going".  Focusing on the immediate crises keeps us "busy", reactive, and less like to engage in creative thinking that could help us to navigate through these turbulent times.

In this session, we will explore the impressive power that can be generated by a group of people who take the time to develop a shared vision for what they are planning to accomplish.  Through a series of experimental exercises you will be introduced to a number of "power" tools designed to help you harness both your energy and the energy of others.
